Because I cannot stand the thought that we will soon depart…
Because I cannot refrain from the ties that bonded us…
The thought scares me…but the more I deter it the more it gnaws me deep…
For four consecutive years, you became my second home…
And now in just a week…I will have to say goodbye.
No words could ever depict how grateful I feel…
The blessings that you gave me…
The knowledge you bestowed upon me.
Sooner I’ll shed tears, but for now I must remain strong…
Amidst the fiercest storms, facing the darkest of nights…
